French Customer Service Specialist – Braga

Location: Braga Portugal (On-Site)
Start Date: 09 July 2026
Contract: 6 months (with potential continuation)
Language Requirement: French C2 / Native (no accent required)

As a Customer Service Specialist you will support clients with inquiries related to savings and benefits solutions ensuring a high-quality customer experience through professional and solution-oriented communication.

• Support clients via inbound and outbound calls
• Guide clients through various inquiries with clear and accurate information
• Assist customers regarding savings-related goals and available solutions
• Promote relevant contract alternatives using consultative upselling skills
• Deliver warm professional and customer-focused service
• Maintain high standards of accuracy and compliance in all interactions

• Native / C2 French (no noticeable accent)
• Previous customer service support or sales experience is a strong plus
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable with phone-based customer interactions
• Upselling mindset and commercial awareness

  Candidates must already be residing in Portugal ideally in or near Braga.

Monday to Friday
Rotational shifts between 07:00 and 19:00

Days Off: Saturday & Sunday

Base Salary: 930 gross/month 14 payments
Complexity Bonus: 80 gross/month 11 months
Meal Allowance: 7.63 net per working day

• On-site position in Braga
• Position may become hybrid depending on performance
• 6-month contract with potential continuation
