French Customer Service Advisor

Are you fluent in French and English with solid experience in customer care We are seeking French-Speaking Business Travel Advisors to join a premium corporate travel management project in Porto Portugal.

In this role you will provide top-tier support to business travelers and corporate clients assisting them with itineraries bookings and travel modifications. This on-site position is perfect for professionals looking to utilize their travel sector background within a globally recognized corporate services framework.

• Serve as the main point of contact for French-speaking corporate clients managing business travel plans.
• Handle process and resolve complex booking inquiries itinerary changes and cancellations.
• Deliver excellent written and verbal support maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction.
• Adapt swiftly to a dynamic corporate environment to solve real-time travel disruptions.

• Languages: Native or proficient level of French paired with an advanced business level of English (C1 minimum).
• Experience: Mandatory 2 years of experience in a customer service role preferably within the travel or tourism industry.
• Education: High School diploma (12th grade or equivalent) is mandatory.
• Skills: Excellent communication a highly adaptable mindset and strong problem-solving abilities.
• Location: Ready to work on-site at our modern facilities in Porto.

• Location: Fully office-based (On-Site) in Porto Portugal.
• Schedule: Fixed routine from Monday to Friday operating between 08:00 AM and 05:00 PM.
• Days Off: Enjoy your weekends fully free (Saturday and Sunday).
