French Customer Service Advisor

We are looking for French-speaking Customer Service Advisors to join an international team in Lisbon Portugal. If you have previous Contact Centre experience and enjoy helping customers in a dynamic environment this opportunity is for you.

• Provide exceptional customer support in French.
• Handle customer inquiries professionally and efficiently.
• Resolve customer issues while ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
• Follow company procedures and quality standards.
• Work collaboratively with internal teams to deliver effective solutions.

• Native or fluent French.
• Good level of English
• Minimum 6 months of Contact Centre experience (mandatory).
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Problem-solving mindset.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Availability to work rotating shifts.

• 930 gross/month (paid over 14 months).
• Attendance Bonus: 75/month (11 months).

• Monday to Sunday.
• Rotational shifts between 08:00 and 21:00.
• Two rotating days off each week.
