Job Summary
Do you have C1/C2 level in French Join a customer service team in the E-commerce & Retail sector and help customers with their orders deliveries and product enquiries.
Your role
- Answer customer calls about orders tracking and delivery updates
- Assist with shipping queries delays and product availability
- Handle requests for order modifications cancellations returns and exchanges
- Address customer complaints and find suitable solutions
- Coordinate with internal teams and logistics partners to follow up on customer requests
What we offer
- On-site work in Braga
- Working hours from Monday to Saturday between 08:00 and 18:00
- Sundays and one rotating day off per week
What were looking for
- C1/C2 level in French
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Empathetic customer-oriented and collaborative attitude
- Previous customer service experience is an advantage
- Currently residing in Portugal
- EU citizenship or valid authorization to work in Portugal
