French and English-Speaking Customer Service Representative

We are looking for a French and English-speaking Customer Service Representative to join an international team in Porto this role you will assist customers answer their questions and provide effective solutions to ensure a positive customer experience.

• Handle customer inquiries and provide support in French and English.
• Respond to customer questions and resolve issues efficiently.
• Deliver professional and customer-focused service.
• Maintain accurate customer records.
• Follow established procedures and quality standards.

• Fluency in French and proficiency in English.
• Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience preferably in the travel industry.
• High school diploma or equivalent (12th grade).
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Customer-oriented attitude and ability to work in a team.

• Monthly food allowance provided.
• Relocation assistance may include shared accommodation for up to 12 months for eligible candidates relocating to Portugal from abroad.
• Flight tickets are not included.
