We are recruiting Finnish-speaking Customer Support Associates for the Search Engine / Technical project in Lisbon. This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy analytical tasks problemsolving and supporting users in a technical environment.
About the Role
You will assist users with searchenginerelated enquiries provide accurate information and ensure a smooth and efficient support experience. Full training is provided and starts from home.
Location & Work Model

Work Schedule
- Monday to Friday
- 08:0017:00
- Weekends off: Saturday & Sunday
Salary Package
- 1500 gross x 14 months
- Attendance bonus: 120 x 12 months
- Additional internal benefits may apply
Requirements
- Fluent Finnish (mandatory)
- Good English level
- Strong communication and problemsolving skills
- Interest in technical or searchengine environments
- Availability to relocate to Lisbon
