We are currently hiring Customer Service Representatives to join an international support team based in Lisbon. This role is focused on delivering high-quality customer support in a structured and professional environment.

This position offers the opportunity to work within a multicultural team supporting global customers while developing your career in customer service operations.

• Handle customer inquiries via phone email and chat in Finnish

• Provide accurate and timely customer support

• Assist customers with issue resolution and service-related questions

• Escalate complex cases to relevant internal teams when required

• Maintain proper documentation of customer interactions

• Ensure high standards of customer satisfaction and service quality

• Finnish communication skills required

• Currently based in Lisbon Portugal

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills

• Previous customer service experience is an advantage but not mandatory
