Field Service Technician

We are looking for a Field Service Technician to provide onsite and remote technical support across multiple Inetum project environments. The role focuses on end-user support device troubleshooting Windows administration and basic Microsoft 365 user administration.

Main Responsibilities

• Provide onsite and remote support for Windows 10 and Windows 11 environments.
• Install configure and troubleshoot desktops laptops printers and peripherals.
• Install and configure corporate software and Microsoft applications.
• Support basic network connectivity issues including LAN Wi-Fi VPN and printing.
• Perform basic Microsoft 365 administration including user accounts groups and licences.
• Support Outlook Teams and OneDrive including authentication MFA and synchronisation issues.
• Record activities and resolutions within ticketing systems.

Qualifications :

• Experience in onsite technical support or helpdesk roles.
• Knowledge of Windows 10 and Windows 11 troubleshooting.
• Basic Microsoft 365 knowledge.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work autonomously and manage priorities effectively.
• Valid driving licence.
