Extracurricular Internship R&D Engineer for Heat Pump Water Heaters (fmdiv.)
Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated engineer to join our R&D team and support the development validation and launch of next-generation heat pump water heaters. This role offers the opportunity to work close to product innovation laboratory testing and engineering decision-making contributing directly to new product introduction and continuous improvement.
Your contribution to something big:
- Support the development and industrialization of new heat pump water heater products;
- Analyze current and upcoming legislation standards and technical requirements applicable to products;
- Define validation strategies test plans and engineering test methods;
- Execute laboratory testing measurements and performance evaluations;
- Prepare clear technical reports and communicate results to stakeholders;
- Participate in troubleshooting brainstorming and root cause analysis activities;
- Support engineering change management processes during product development;
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including R&D Quality Product Management and Manufacturing.
Qualifications :
What distinguishes you:
- Academic Degree in Mechanical Engineering Energy Engineering or similar technical field;
- Knowledge in turbomachinery and aerodynamics and strong interest in thermal systems refrigeration or sustainable technologies;
- Good communication skills in Portuguese and English;
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and technical topics simultaneously;
- Innovative mindset with willingness to challenge and improve existing solutions.
