Job Summary
Your contribution to something big:
- Prepare monthly reports by analyzing key KPIs validating purchasing data and identifying inconsistencies;
- Maintain and update procurement controlling databases and dashboards ensuring data accuracy supporting year-to-date (YTD) tracking activities and contributing to cost transparency and reporting reliability;
- Support the preparation of Payment Terms reports through monthly report and dashboard updates as well as continuous improvements;
- Support forecasting processes and business planning activities through data collection analysis and plausibility checks;
- Contribute to digitalization and process improvement initiatives by supporting data integrations and enhancing dashboards and reporting tools.
Qualifications :
What distinguishes you:
- Currently enrolled in or recently completed an academic degree in Business Administration Economics Management Industrial Engineering Controlling or a related field;
- Basic understanding of procurement and/or controlling processes is an advantage;
- Experience/knowledge in Microsoft Excel & Microsoft Tools & Power BI is highly appreciated;
- Comfortable with written and verbal communication in English (mandatory);
- Proactive Good organizational and time-management skills and intersted on developing analytical skills.
