Cross Border Talents is looking for an Estonian- and English-speaking professional to review short-form digital content and help maintain a positive online environment.

• Review videos images comments posts and audio.
• Identify content that does not comply with community guidelines.
• Classify content and document moderation decisions.
• Flag recurring issues and work with colleagues on complex cases.

• Fluency in Estonian and English.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking.
• Ability to follow evolving guidelines and handle repetitive tasks.
• Professionalism when reviewing potentially sensitive or distressing content.
• Previous moderation or social media experience is an advantage not a requirement.

• Location: Lisbon Portugal
• Work model: On-site
• Schedule: Rotating shifts covering 24/7 operations including nights weekends and public holidays
• Training: Approximately three weeks delivered in English
• Accommodation: A furnished room in shared company accommodation may be available for eligible candidates living more than 100 km from the workplace. Conditions apply.
