English Technical Support Specialist

About the role

We are hiring an English-speaking Technical Support Specialist in Porto to help customers with software device and connectivity issues. You will listen to the symptoms narrow down the likely cause and guide the customer through a sequence of checks until the problem is resolved or passed to the right specialist team.

Clear explanations are central to this role because many customers are not technical and need to understand what they are doing and why. You will document each case thoroughly in our ticketing system so that nothing has to be repeated if the issue returns.

Requirements

• fluent English at C1 level or higher which is the minimum for this role.
• Basic IT knowledge is required covering common operating systems networks and devices.
• Troubleshooting experience and a logical methodical approach are strong advantages.
• Rotating shifts apply.
