• 920 gross/month base salary

What Youll Do

• Support businesses through live chat email and phone
• Troubleshoot advertising and product-related issues
• Guide customers through digital advertising tools and features
• Provide pre- and post-sales support
• Identify recurring problems and help find solutions
• Make outbound calls when needed to ensure issues are properly resolved
• Help improve the overall customer experience

Youd Be a Great Fit If You

• Speak English fluently
• Have customer service technical support sales or similar experience
• Enjoy solving problems and explaining things clearly
• Are comfortable learning new digital tools
• Have strong communication and multitasking skills
• Are curious about technology social media or digital advertising
• Can work rotating schedules between 06:00 and 00:00 MondaySunday
