Job Summary
Are you fluent in English and interested in working with one of the worlds leading AI research and deployment companies
Were currently looking for an English-speaking Customer Support Representative to join an international team on-site in Lisbon.
Youll support both consumers and business users helping them resolve account billing and product-related questions while delivering a smooth customer experience.
What youll do
- Support customers with billing and invoicing inquiries
- Troubleshoot account access issues
- Guide customers on how to use the companys products
- Respond to customer inquiries across multiple support channels
- Resolve issues efficiently while maintaining high service quality standards
Position Details
Location: Lisbon Portugal
Work model: On-site

Full-time: 40 hours/week
Rotating day shifts between 07:0022:00 Monday to Sunday
