Join a Multilingual Services account in Lisbon Portugal as a English-speaking Customer Support Specialist.

Youll handle customer queries in a multilingual contact centre environment.

Work model: On-Site.

Multiple start dates available across 07/Sep/26 14/Sep/26 17/Aug/26 21/Sep/26 31/Aug/26.

Day to day youll handle inbound customer contacts across phone chat and email log details clearly in the internal system and pass on trickier issues to a specialist when required.

Were looking for candidates who communicate confidently in English and are comfortable working in English day to day.

Prior customer service experience is a plus but not essential as full training is provided.
