CloserHire is partnering with a leading BPO company in Portugal to recruit a Banking Operations Specialist for the English market supporting one of the UKs most innovative digital banks with complex account payment and dispute enquiries.
Language required: Fluent English

Requirements:
- Fluent English written and spoken
- Minimum 12 months experience in banking financial services insurance or claims/billing ideally serving the Irish market
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to handle complex cases independently
