Youll support businesses and creators with their advertising experience helping them solve platform account payment campaign and technical issues while building valuable experience across AI digital advertising and customer support.

1248.33 gross/month guaranteed package

Youll help businesses and creators get the most out of their advertising experience by:

• Investigating issues with ad campaigns accounts payments and platform functionality
• Troubleshooting ad delivery campaign creation billing and account performance
• Guiding users through advertising policies guidelines and technical setups
• Understanding the issue identifying the right solution and explaining it clearly
• Supporting customers through email chat and phone

• Speak English fluently
• Enjoy solving problems and figuring out how things work
• Like working with technology and digital platforms
• Communicate clearly and confidently with customers
• Can stay calm when handling complex or frustrated customer situations
• Are comfortable working in a target-driven fast-paced environment
