CloserHire is partnering with a leading global customer experience provider to recruit English-speaking AI Customer Support Specialists in Lisbon Portugal supporting an innovative international company developing advanced AI and generative AI technologies. Full-time 40h/week Day Shift (07:0022:00 Monday to Sunday).

Language required: Fluent English

Highlights:

• On-site Lisbon
• Day Shift working hours between 07:00 and 22:00
• 1259/month (x12) with accommodation or 1320.67/month without up to 200 variable productivity bonus

Requirements:

• Fluent English written and spoken
• Strong interest in AI and new technologies
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Comfortable troubleshooting issues in a fast-paced tech-driven environment
• Previous customer service or technical support experience is a plus
• Availability for Day Shifts between 07:00 and 22:00
