English-Speaking AI Customer Support Specialist – Day Shift on-site in Lisbon

We are hiring English-speaking AI Customer Support Specialists in Lisbon Portugal to support an innovative international company developing some of the worlds most advanced AI and generative AI technologies.

This is a full-time on-site 40-hour-per-week position on the Day Shift with working hours scheduled between 07:00 and 22:00 Monday to Sunday.

• Support customers across multiple communication channels
• Resolve billing invoicing and account access enquiries
• Troubleshoot platform and product-related issues
• Guide customers on using products and features effectively
• Deliver timely accurate and high-quality customer support

• Fluent English written and spoken
• Strong interest in AI and new technologies
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Customer-focused and comfortable troubleshooting issues
• Previous customer service or technical support experience is an advantage
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced and technology-driven environment
• Availability to work Day Shifts scheduled between 07:00 and 22:00
