As an Operations Customer Expert you will provide top-tier support to both consumer and business users across multiple channels:

• Customer Support: Assist users with billing invoicing and account access issues.
  
• Product Guidance: Guide support and train clients on utilizing state-of-the-art AI tools.
  
• Technical Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve platform issues efficiently to deliver high-quality service.
  

• Citizenship: Must hold EU citizenship or a valid European work permit.
  
• Languages: Advanced / C1-C2 level proficiency in English.
  
• Passion: Strong interest in new technologies AI and helping customers succeed.
  

1. Salary & Financial Bonuses

• Base Salary (Without Accommodation): 1000.00 / month
  
• Base Salary (With Provided Accommodation): 776.00 / month
  
• Meal Allowance: 154.00 / month (7.00 per working day paid via prepaid card)
  
• Holiday & Christmas Allowances: Paid out in monthly installments (64.67 83.33 each)
  
• Performance Bonus: Up to 200.00 / month (variable gross productivity bonus)
  
• Total Estimated Gross Salary: Up to 1320.67 1520.67 / month (including bonuses).
