E-commerce Support in German

Porto Portugal

• German: Native or fluent (C1/C2)

• English: B2 level (written and spoken)

• Monday to Saturday

• Rotational shifts between 07:00 and 19:00

• 8-hour daily shifts

• 2 rotating days off per week

• Assist customers via phone email and chat

• Handle inquiries related to orders deliveries returns and refunds

• Resolve account and payment-related questions

• Provide an outstanding customer experience

• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure timely issue resolution

Fixed Salary

953 gross/month x 14 salaries per year

Bonuses & Benefits

Guaranteed Performance Bonus: 100/month during your first 6 months
Attendance Bonus: 25/month

Meal Allowance: Approximately 126/month paid in cash
