DutchFlemish-Speaking Connected Services Support Specialist

CloserHire is partnering with a leading international customer experience provider to recruit Dutch/Flemish-speaking Connected Services Support Specialists for an automotive project in Lisbon Portugal. This role combines back-office customer support case management and connected vehicle services. Youll manage customer requests from start to finish helping users with vehicle-related digital services while ensuring an efficient and high-quality experience. The position operates Monday to Saturday with rotating shifts between 07:00 and 22:00.

Responsibilities:

• Manage customer cases from initial request through to resolution
• Process back-office requests accurately and efficiently
• Support customers with connected vehicle services and related enquiries
• Update internal systems and maintain accurate case records
• Troubleshoot and coordinate solutions to customer requests
• Meet established quality and SLA standards

Qualifications:

• Native/C2 Dutch or Flemish English B2 or above for training systems and internal communication
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Good computer literacy and ability to navigate different systems
• Customer-focused and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Previous experience in back office customer service or technical support is an advantage
