Support Dutch and English-speaking customers and help them resolve their questions quickly and with confidence.
What Youll Do
- Support customers via phone email and chat
- Resolve account payment and service inquiries
- Troubleshoot issues with clear accurate solutions
- Document cases and escalate complex issues
- Aim for first-contact resolution and high customer satisfaction
What You Bring
- Fluent/Native Dutchand English written and spoken
- Customer service experience is a plus
- Strong communication empathy and problem-solving skills
- Comfort with CRM systems and digital tools
