Dutch Travel Advisor work from home

Location: Remote role within Portugal

Role: Dutch speaking Travel Advisor - work from home

Salary: salary package 1100 euro gross p/m (paid 14 p/a) plus 100 euro gross fixed monthly bonus (paid 11x pa) plus 7.63 euro net p/working day food vouchers

Working hrs: Monday to Friday between 7.30-17.00 Weekends Off

What You’ll Do

• Support customers via phone email and online channels
• Assist with booking queries and travel-related questions
• Provide excellent customer service and problem resolution
• Handle routine customer requests professionally and efficiently
• Ensure a positive customer experience at every interaction

What We’re Looking For

• Fluent Dutch and good English skills
• Customer service experience is a plus
• Experience in travel tourism or online booking is an advantage
• Good communication and problem-solving skills
• Comfortable working independently from home
