Location: Lisbon Portugal

Role: Dutch-speaking Technical Customer Success Manager

Salary package: 1102€ gross per month (this does include also the holiday bonus performance bonus and meal allowance) plus free accomodation (or 1474 € gross p/m if you choose the option without accomodation)

Working Hrs: 40 hrs per week rotational between Monday to Friday from 08:00 to 18:00.

Join a global technology services company supporting enterprise customers as a Technical Customer Success Manager. In this consultative role you'll work with a portfolio of business customers helping them maximise the value of their cloud solutions while identifying opportunities for growth and long-term success.

What you'll be doing

• Manage your own portfolio of business customers.
• Act as a trusted technical advisor.
• Help customers adopt and expand their cloud solutions.
• Identify new business opportunities and guide them through the full sales cycle.
• Conduct technical discovery calls and recommend suitable solutions.
• Build long-term customer relationships and reduce customer churn.
• Keep CRM records accurate and up to date.
• Work closely with internal sales and technical teams to deliver excellent customer outcomes.

• Native-level Dutch and good English.
• Bachelor degree or equivalent experience
• Interest in cloud technology and digital transformation.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Commercial mindset with the ability to identify business opportunities.
• Customer-focused with excellent problem-solving abilities.
• Experience in customer success account management technical support sales or cloud technologies is an advantage.
