CloserHire has partnered with a multinational BPO company that specializes in providing exceptional customer support and sales services to renowned brands to look for a motivated Dutch-speaking Recruiter.
Your Role:
- Attract candidates by using databases social media and job fairs
- Conduct interviews to assess applicants relevant knowledge skills experience and aptitudes
- Prepare and onboard new employees to become fully integrated into the company
Your Qualifications:
- Native or fluent in Dutch (C1 level) with strong proficiency in written and spoken communication
- English fluency (B2 level)
- University Degree preferably in Human Resources or similar
