Your Role

• Handling customer queries related to accounts billing tolls and service information
• Registering requests complaints and clarifications in internal systems for full traceability
• Performing billing collection and revenue reconciliation activities
• Communicating with external entities such as authorities and regulatory bodies when required
• Ensuring data accuracy and compliance with internal and regulatory standards
• Contributing to service quality revenue protection and customer satisfaction
• All communication is handled via phone email and digital channels

Your Profile

• Native or C1 level Dutch and good English skills
• Comfortable working with customers and administrative processes
• Detail-oriented and confident handling data billing and documentation
• Able to communicate clearly and professionally via phone and digital channels
• Organized and reliable in following procedures and deadlines
• Willing to work in a regulated structured environment
• Previous experience in customer service billing collections or administration is a plus
