CloserHire is partnering with a global leader in customer experience and technology solutions to recruit a Dutch-speaking Customer Service Representative for an insurance-related project in Lisbon this role youll support clients in managing their insurance policies handling inquiries claims and policy changes while ensuring a smooth and professional customer experience.

Day to day that means handle incoming calls and chats from customers with inquiries about their insurance policies process service requests in the clients policy administration system compose and send responses to emails and letters including contract documents and policy information conduct indexation and electronic archiving using internal document management tools manage requests for policy changes including updating payment methods support customers with claims submissions and policy cancellations and maintain a high level of service quality and meet client-specific performance targets Requirements.
