Job Summary

In this role you will serve as the main point of contact for Dutch-speaking customers across various sectors (such as e-commerce fintech or travel) delivering top-tier assistance and resolving inquiries via phone chat and email from the comfort of your home anywhere in Portugal.
- Customer Assistance: Handle inbound customer inquiries in Dutch via phone email and live chat with a friendly professional and solution-oriented approach.
- Issue Resolution: Troubleshoot order issues account management requests billing questions or service interruptions using internal CRM systems.
- Customer Retention: Turn challenging situations into positive experiences by offering clear explanations alternative options and active listening.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate up-to-date records of all customer interactions and ticketing outcomes in internal databases.
- Location: 100% Remote / Work From Home (Must reside anywhere in Portugal: mainland or islands).
- Work Model: Full-time (40 hours/week) with flexible or rotational shift patterns.
- Relocation: No relocation package provided. Candidates must already reside in Portugal or hold full legal authorization to work locally.
