This is an exciting opportunity to join an international customer support team assisting customers through multiple communication channels. Responsibilities:

• Provide customer support via phone email and chat
• Respond to customer inquiries quickly accurately and professionally
• Update CRM systems with relevant customer information and case details
• Build strong customer relationships by delivering an outstanding service experience
• Promote customer satisfaction loyalty and long-term engagement
• Collaborate closely with colleagues and management to ensure operational excellence
• Identify recurring issues and proactively suggest service improvements
• Meet quality productivity and customer satisfaction targets

Qualifications:

• Native-level fluency in Dutch
• Good command of English
• Previous experience in customer service is an advantage but not required
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Customer-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving abilities
• Comfortable working across multiple communication channels
• Good computer literacy and experience using CRM systems is a plus
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Positive attitude and ability to work collaboratively within an international team
