This role offers total home-office autonomy. Whether your home base is a peaceful town in Madeira or Madeiras neighboring islands the Azores or downtown Porto you are fully authorized to work from any residence in Portugal. As a Fintech Support Consultant you will go beyond traditional customer serviceacting as a trusted ambassador who delivers advanced troubleshooting and strategic assistance in the fast-moving digital finance space.

As a Remote Financial Solutions Representative your daily workflow will encompass:

• Multi-Channel Support: Managing incoming requests efficiently via phone email and live message systems.
• In-Depth Troubleshooting: Diagnosing complex customer concerns concerning account protection payment gateway glitches and detailed billing records.
• Platform Assistance: Walking clients through our global payment infrastructure and mobile apps using clear confident instructions.
• Financial Integrity: Processing sensitive financial matterssuch as chargeback disputes invoice corrections and potential fraud flagswith high accuracy and confidentiality.
• Detailed Record-Keeping: Maintaining comprehensive logs of user communications and escalating complex cases to specialized internal departments.
• Regulatory Compliance: Participating in team briefings to stay current on new software releases and international financial policies.

We are looking for self-motivated professionals who excel at managing an independent home workspace while delivering top-tier performance.

• Dutch: Fluent or near-fluent command (at least C1 level) in both written and spoken communications.
• English: Solid professional fluency (at least B2 level) for team alignment documentation and training programs.
• Legal Eligibility: Current physical residence in Portugal along with full unrestricted legal rights to work in the EU.
