What Youll Do

Assist Dutch-speaking customers with their questions and requests
Provide non-technical troubleshooting and practical solutions
Support customers across different communication channels
Deliver clear friendly and solution-oriented service

Requirements

Fluent/native-level Dutch
Fluent English
Customer support experience is an advantage but not mandatory
Comfortable working on-site in Sofia
Available for rotating shifts between 09:0022:00 MondaySunday
EU work eligibility or existing legal right to work in Bulgaria
