Dutch-Speaking Customer Support Agent, Lisbon

Are you fluent in Dutch and English and based in Lisbon Join an international customer support team and become the first point of contact for customers in the Dutch-speaking market.

• Support customers in Dutch and English by phone email and chat
• Resolve enquiries quickly accurately and professionally
• Deliver an excellent customer-focused experience
• Document interactions and escalate complex cases when needed

What you need
