Dutch-speaking Customer Service Specialist

CloserHire supports a leading BPO player in the industry in their pursuit to increase their Dutch-speaking Customer Service Team for the worlds largest search engine. As a Customer Support Specialist for a well-known client you will handle customer inquiries related to product features technical issues and other questions. Deliver high levels of customer service and resolve requests regarding e-commerce software hardware and wireless connectivity issues.

• Location: Lisbon Portugal
• Language: Dutch
• Start date: 13/8 or 3/9 or 24/9

Your Role

• Respond to customer requests via phone email chat social media and messaging channels
• Provide pre-sales general inquiries and technical support
• Maintain a consistent brand voice in both private and public interactions
• Escalate issues to higher support tiers as needed
• Collaborate with technicians to resolve help tickets
• Manage an individual ticket queue and follow management direction
• Review and provide feedback on help content

Your Profile

• C1 level of Dutch
• Good English skills (B2)
• Based in Lisbon or willing to relocate previous CS / BPO experience is an advantage good PC skills fast decision-maker with positive outlook be available to work flexible hours and days

Relocation

Accomodation for candidates outside of Portugal - Room in company apartment in Lisbon for 12 months for a fixed cost of 280EUR deducted from salary. Inside Portugal - only available if candidates are coming directly from a competitor. Reimbursement of flight ticket on the 6th month of work up to 400EUR. Health Insurance since day 1 for small amount free after 6 months
