Job Summary

Move to Lisbon and get paid properly for your Dutch. 1350.00 with accomodation.

What the job actually involves

Day to day you will be supporting small and medium-sized business clients via phone email and chat assisting with account setup product usage and general troubleshooting providing pre- and post-support for self-service digital advertising products guiding clients on how to use tools effectively to improve their online campaigns identifying recurring issues and trends affecting multiple clients and sharing customer feedback and product insights to support continuous service improvement.
