Are you a Dutch speaker currently living in Portugal and looking for an opportunity to build your career in an international environment

We are looking for Dutch-speaking Customer Support Representatives to join an international BPO environment with the flexibility to work remotely from within Portugal.

This opportunity is suitable for both experienced candidates and those at the beginning of their careers who want to develop professional experience while using their Dutch language skills.

Role: Customer Support Representative
Location: Portugal
Work Model: Remote within Portugal
Language: Dutch
Schedule: Full-time 40 hours per week

Depending on the project you will support customers through channels such as phone email and chat.

Your responsibilities may include:

• Assisting Dutch-speaking customers with questions and requests
• Providing accurate information and guidance
• Resolving customer issues professionally and efficiently
• Supporting account product or service-related inquiries
• Ensuring a positive customer experience
• Working with an international and multicultural team

• Fluency in Dutch
• Good communication skills
• Customer-oriented mindset
• Comfortable working with digital tools
• Available for full-time employment
• Currently residing in Portugal
• EU citizenship or valid authorization to work in Portugal
