Dutch-Speaking Customer Service Advisor Multilingual Services

A Multilingual Services client in Lisbon Portugal is looking for a Dutch-speaking Customer Service Advisor to join their growing team.

Youll handle customer queries in a multilingual contact centre environment.

Work model: On-Site.

Start date: 13/Aug/26.

After-sales tech support for domestic appliance brands.

In this role youll answer customer questions by phone email and chat keep accurate records of each interaction and escalate more complex cases to the right team when needed.

Were looking for candidates who communicate confidently in Dutch and are comfortable working in English day to day.

Prior customer service experience is a plus but not essential as full training is provided.
