Dutch-Speaking Customer Service Advisor Consumer Goods

Were recruiting Dutch speakers for a Customer Support Specialist role on a Consumer Goods account based in Lisbon Portugal.

Youll handle customer queries for a recognisable consumer brand.

Work model: On-Site.

Multiple start dates available across 14/Sep/26 21/Sep/26.

Your daily tasks will include responding to customer enquiries across multiple channels documenting each case accurately and flagging anything unusual to a supervisor.

Were looking for candidates who communicate confidently in Dutch and are comfortable working in English day to day.

Prior customer service experience is a plus but not essential as full training is provided.
