Dutch-Speaking Customer Service Advisor Banking & Finance

Were hiring a Dutch-speaking Customer Service Advisor to join a Banking & Finance team in Lisbon Portugal.

Youll assist customers with account and product queries for a financial services brand.

Work model: Remote Hybrid.

Start date: 17/Aug/26.

Day to day youll handle inbound customer contacts across phone chat and email log details clearly in the internal system and pass on trickier issues to a specialist when required.

Were looking for candidates who communicate confidently in Dutch and are comfortable working in English day to day.

Prior customer service experience is a plus but not essential as full training is provided.
