Dutch-Speaking Customer Service Advisor Automotive

Join an Automotive account in Lisbon Portugal as a Dutch-speaking Customer Support Specialist.

Youll support customers of a well-known automotive brand with day-to-day service queries.

Work model: On-Site.

Start date: 28/Sep/26.

Back office / case management / connected services support.

Day to day youll handle inbound customer contacts across phone chat and email log details clearly in the internal system and pass on trickier issues to a specialist when required.

Were looking for candidates who communicate confidently in Dutch and are comfortable working in English day to day.

Prior customer service experience is a plus but not essential as full training is provided.
