Dutch-Speaking Beauty Advisor

We are recruiting a Dutch-Speaking Beauty Advisor to join an international customer service team in Porto Portugal supporting one of the worlds leading beauty companies.

This opportunity is ideal for someone passionate about beauty skincare cosmetics and customer experience who enjoys helping customers find the right solutions.

You will support Dutch-speaking customers across multiple communication channels while providing professional product guidance and delivering a high standard of customer service.

• Assist customers through phone email live chat web forms and social media.
• Provide accurate information and professional advice about beauty skincare and cosmetic products.
• Handle customer inquiries complaints and service requests efficiently.
• Support customers with online orders deliveries returns and refunds.
• Recommend appropriate products and alternatives based on customer needs.
• Maintain accurate customer records and follow data protection procedures.
• Document and escalate sensitive customer concerns according to established procedures.
• Contribute to a positive customer experience through empathetic and solution-oriented communication.

• Native-level Dutch communication skills.
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher both written and spoken.
• Excellent interpersonal communication and problem-solving skills.
• Strong customer orientation and attention to detail.
• Confidence using computers digital communication tools and customer service systems.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a multicultural environment.
• Availability to work rotating shifts including weekends.

• Previous experience in customer service or customer support.
• Experience or interest in the beauty cosmetics skincare or luxury industries.
• Familiarity with digital platforms and social media communication.

• Full-time position: 40 hours per week.
• Rotating shifts from Monday to Sunday between 08:00 and 20:00.
• Eight working hours per day plus a one-hour lunch break.
• On-site position in Vila Nova de Gaia Porto.
• Portuguese employment contract.
• 22 days of annual leave in accordance with Portuguese legislation.

Monthly compensation package:

Without company accommodation:

• Base salary: 1055 gross/month.
• Holiday and Christmas allowances: approximately 175.82/month combined.
• Meal allowance: 7 per working day (154 for 22 working days).
• Total monthly package: approximately 1384.82 including meal allowance and prorated allowances.

With company accommodation:

• Base salary: 776 gross/month.
• Accommodation benefit-in-kind: 204/month.
• Holiday and Christmas allowances: approximately 129.32/month combined.
• Meal allowance: 7 per working day (154 for 22 working days).
• Total monthly package value: approximately 1263.32 including the non-cash accommodation benefit.

All compensation figures are gross or package values as indicated and are subject to applicable conditions and deductions.

Selected candidates will participate in a structured training program covering customer communication product knowledge digital tools and service procedures.

Training compensation is provided subject to successful completion and the applicable training agreement. The employment contract is signed following successful training.
