Compensation
Base Salary: 1400 gross/month (14 times)
Performance Bonus: Up to 100 gross/month
What Youll Be Doing
As a Back Office Customer Support Agent youll play a key role in ensuring customers receive fast and efficient support without handling continuous inbound calls.
Your daily responsibilities will include:
Managing customer cases from start to resolution
Processing back-office requests accurately and efficiently
Supporting Connected Services and vehicle-related enquiries
Updating internal systems and maintaining accurate records
Collaborating with internal teams to resolve customer issues
Delivering excellent service while meeting quality and SLA targets
What Were Looking For
Native or C2 Dutch speaker
English level B2 or higher
Previous experience in:
Back Office Support
Customer Service
Technical Support
Contact Centre (advantage)
Youll also bring:

Working Hours
Monday to Saturday
Rotating shifts
Operating between 07:00 and 22:00
