Cross Border Talents is hiring a Dutch-English Technical Customer Service Representative for an on-site role in Lisbon Portugal

Work model: On-site (Lisbon Portugal) relocation support provided
Schedule: Rotational shifts MonFri 08:0020:00 and SatSun 08:0017:00 with 2 rotational days off

What youll do:

• Provide technical customer support via phone chat and/or email
• Assist Dutch-speaking customers using English for internal communication and tools
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical inquiries
