- Work model: On-site in Lisbon

- Schedule: Rotating. Monday to Friday between 08:00 and 20:00 weekends between 08:00 and 17:00 with 2 rotating days off no night shifts

- Gross salary: 1100 per month 14 salaries per year

- Accommodation: Shared company apartment available for up to 12 months

Join a global customer experience company in Lisbon as a Technical Customer Service Specialist. Youll support customers in Dutch and English with technical questions helping them solve issues quickly and clearly. REQUIREMENTS

- Fluent Dutch (native or C1)

- Fluent English

- Strong communication skills and a passion for helping others

- Comfortable in a fast-paced environment and open to feedback

- EU citizenship or a valid Portuguese residence permit
