Dutch & English-Speaking Customer Service Representative

We are looking for a Dutch & English-Speaking Customer Service Representative to join an international customer service team.

In this remote role you will support customers with account-related inquiries payment transactions and collection-related matters through voice and written channels.

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls.
• Provide customer support through voice and written channels.
• Assist customers with account funding and payment-related inquiries.
• Negotiate payment arrangements when required.
• Investigate and resolve collection-related questions.
• Explain account history product details and relevant policies.
• Advise customers on managing funding transactions.
• Identify and appropriately support vulnerable customers.
• Provide insolvency-related support.
• Secure payment commitments when required.
• Arrange customer callbacks.
• Transfer customers to the appropriate teams when necessary.
• Update internal systems with notes regarding customer interactions.

• Fluent Dutch and English.
• Previous experience in customer service retail hospitality or a call center is preferred.
• Experience in financial services transaction processing or an internet-based company is an advantage.
• Good negotiation skills.
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Comfortable learning and using new software and technologies.
• Strong multitasking and prioritization skills.
• Ability to work independently.
