Work model: On-site (Lisbon Portugal) relocation support provided
Schedule: MondayFriday (including bank holidays) 07:3020:00 rotational shifts weekends off

What youll do:

• Handle customer and insurance broker inquiries via phone and email (inbound and outbound)
• Provide information about insurance products policies and coverage
• Assist customers with policy cancellations
• Direct broker inquiries to the right support channels

What were looking for:

• Fluent/native-level proficiency in Dutch
• Strong proficiency in English
• Proven experience in customer service preferably within the insurance sector
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Calm professional and effective under pressure
