Dutch + English Content Moderator – On-site

We are looking for Dutch-speaking professionals to join an international team in Lisbon as Content Moderators. This on-site role is ideal for candidates who enjoy analytical work have strong attention to detail and want to build a career in a multicultural environment.

As a Content Moderator you will review and assess user-generated content to ensure compliance with internal guidelines and safety standards. Your decisions will help maintain a secure and highquality experience for users on a major digital platform.

• Review and moderate content according to established policies
• Ensure quality accuracy and compliance with legal and safety standards
• Apply rational decision-making using local market knowledge
• Maintain high productivity and attention to detail
• Adapt to policy updates and operational changes
• Escalate cases following internal procedures

• Fluent/native-level Dutch and strong English skills
• Excellent communication abilities
