Role Overview:

As a Content Moderator you will be responsible for reviewing and evaluating content published on an e-commerce platform including product listings images descriptions reviews and seller-generated content. Your role will be crucial in ensuring that all content complies with platform policies quality standards and applicable regulations helping to maintain a safe and reliable marketplace for buyers and sellers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review product listings descriptions images customer reviews and other marketplace content to ensure compliance with platform policies
• Identify and remove prohibited misleading fraudulent or low-quality content that may negatively impact user experience
• Apply moderation guidelines consistently while making objective and well-informed decisions
• Monitor seller and customer-generated content to maintain marketplace integrity and trust
• Escalate complex sensitive or high-risk cases according to established procedures
• Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail while handling large volumes of content
• Collaborate with internal teams to support platform safety compliance and operational objectives
• Meet performance targets related to quality productivity and turnaround times
• Stay informed about platform policies e-commerce regulations industry trends and emerging marketplace risks
• Contribute feedback and recommendations to improve moderation processes tools and operational efficiency

Requirements:

• Language Skills:Proficiency inDutch (C1/C2)andEnglish (B2).
• Eligibility:EU citizenshipor a validPortuguese residency card.
• Experience:0-1 year of experience in content moderation or a related analytical role.
