Dutch Customer Support Specialist Consumer Goods, Lisbon

A Consumer Goods client in Lisbon Portugal is looking for a Dutch-speaking Customer Service Advisor to join their growing team.

Youll handle customer queries for a recognisable consumer brand.

Work model: On-Site.

Multiple start dates available across 14/Sep/26 31/Aug/26.

Day to day youll handle inbound customer contacts across phone chat and email log details clearly in the internal system and pass on trickier issues to a specialist when required.

Were looking for candidates who communicate confidently in Dutch and are comfortable working in English day to day.

Prior customer service experience is a plus but not essential as full training is provided.
