Dutch Customer Support Specialist Automotive, Lisbon

A Automotive client in Lisbon Portugal is looking for a Dutch-speaking Customer Service Advisor to join their growing team.

Youll support customers of a well-known automotive brand with day-to-day service queries.

Work model: On-Site.

Start date: 28/Sep/26.

Recall support / case management 150 Euro language bonus.

Your daily tasks will include responding to customer enquiries across multiple channels documenting each case accurately and flagging anything unusual to a supervisor.

Were looking for candidates who communicate confidently in Dutch and are comfortable working in English day to day.

Prior customer service experience is a plus but not essential as full training is provided.
